The venue features historic architecture, ornate wrought - iron fences, and old - fashioned street lamps, creating a romantic setting for events. Managed by the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation, the park offers both indoor spaces like Nile Hall and outdoor areas including the Bandstand and Fountain Circle.
